Member Service Advisor III (Lending and Investments) - Full Time, Permanent Position in St. John's.

Qualifications Required

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Member Service Advisor III is involved in providing exceptional service to members by determining their needs and providing financial services solutions. You will respond to member inquiries and provide guidance on lending and investment products. Emphasis will be on loans, mortgages, lines of credit, card products, registered and non-registered investments.

Ideally suited for this position is a high-energy individual with 3-5 years of related experience working in a financial institution, specializing in lending and investments. The ideal candidate has sound decision making skills, needs-based sales experience and the ability to proactively identify members' financial needs through superior listening and communication. Through experience, you have demonstrated your abilities for business development, accuracy and attention to detail and problem solving.
